Please remember a few important things to consider when you are booking your gathering at our Residence
We are not a winery. We are not open to the public. We DO NOT serve or sell any alcoholic beverages.
This is a Private Residence and we allow use of our BARn by referral for Private functions only.
All of our BARn Packages include 8 hours as follows: Access to the BARn for set up 2 hours prior to start of your event. 5 hours of use of the BARn and its facilities (additional hours available for negotiated hourly rate) 1 hour for tear down and clean up after your event.
We are available for rent anytime for almost any occasion.
In keeping with our Good Neighbor policy all outdoor activity and music must be in the building by 9PM on weeknights and 10PM on Friday and Saturday, no exceptions. BARn closes at 10PM weeknights and 11PM on Friday and Saturday's
The speed limit on our road to access our residence is 5 MPH at all times.
YOU PROVIDE ALL FOOD, BEER AND WINE (no exceptions).
If ANY Alcoholic beverages are served an additional fee applies for insurance rider ($100+/-)
any Hard Liquor or Minors in attendance you must have a INSURED Bartender (no exceptions) .
$250 Non Refundable Deposit required to reserve date, final package balance is due 15 days before event including refundable $250 cleaning/damage deposit. One date change allowed due to extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the Bottom Up Barn.
All pricing based on groups of 50 or less, additional fees apply for larger groups.
Additional Holiday and Special Event Premiums may apply!
We reserve the right to refuse, stop or cancel any event at any time at our sole discretion
